Central Florida Cardiology Group utilizes the latest state-of-the-art equipment when providing cardiac services in our Catheterization Laboratory. Our brand new,
5,000-square-foot facility allows our board-certified physicians and competent nursing and technical staff to perform a variety of cardiovascular procedures, including:
- Abdominal Aortograms and Lower-Extremity Angiographies
- Cardiac Catheterizations
- Coronary Angiographies
- Peripheral Vascular Interventions: PTAs and Stents
- Renal Artery Angiographies
Our procedures are performed in an outpatient setting, which allows for day-in, day-out convenience. Patients are normally at our facility for a minimum of five hours,
which includes time for preparation, the procedure, and rest. Our patients are monitored following their procedures in one of our 10 recovery room beds, where one family
member is permitted to visit.
Following the procedure and recovery, our patients meet with their cardiologist to discuss results and review images, when appropriate. Final reports are forwarded to the patient’s referring physician.
